GSDI Association has received a determination that it is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as an organization described in section 501(c) (3)." The ruling means that GSDI Association will be treated as a publicly supported organization. Donors may deduct contributions as provided in Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
