Exhibits

Exhibits by commercial firms, agencies and non-profits are highly encouraged. The exhibit space is located in Building TCB2. Conference coffee breaks will be offered in this same space so that conference participants may pass among the exhibits and talk to vendors as they travel to and from sessions throughout the day.

The space being provided is limited and available on a first come basis. A standard exhibit space is provided with a single draped table, two chairs and enclosing walls as appropriate. Each space provided is 3 by 3 meters. Power will be supplied and wireless Internet access will be available but exhibitors should not expect high-speed access. Exhibitors should opt for computer demonstrations on laptops rather than large computers when possible. Informational handouts are encouraged. The building will be locked at other than announced open hours.

Included in the booth fee are two "Exhibitor" badges for vendor staff that allow non-registrant exhibit personnel access to the booth area.

Those interested in having a display should consult the Sponsor and Exhibitor Opportunities. Corporate members of the GSDI Association are automatically accorded Sponsor status and one booth space at no charge.
