AD-HOC INFORMAL MEETINGS
Two meeting rooms are available during the conference for spur of the moment meetings of small groups. They are the Blue Room and the J.F. Staal Room (each with a capacity of 28 persons). You may sign up for up for a maximum of two hours on the doors. If you would like to schedule one of these in advance, contact Astrid Smarius - smarius<at> blomberginstituut.nl

Purpose: Regular business meeting of the GSDI Board. Catered box lunch served at 11:30.

GSDI Council Meeting

Purpose: Regular business meeting of the GSDI Council including elections and voting on proposed bylaws changes.
Participants: All delegates from Full Member Organizations, Ex Officio Members from other organizations (non voting), GSDI staff and explicitly invited guests. All individual members of the GSDI Association are invited as guests.
