General Notes / Terms and Conditions:
1. All registrants are deemed to have read and consented to these terms and conditions.
2. The fees quoted are per person and INCLUDE the local Goods and Services Tax (GST).
3. On-line registrations must be paid through the secure online credit card processing system at the time of registration. No fax registrations will be accepted. Alternatively, a registrant may choose to generate an invoice automatically through the registration process but under that circumstance full payment plus an additional USD $35 processing fee must be received before the deadline using either online credit card processing or a direct bank transfer.
4. Onsite registrations in Singapore must be paid by credit card or cashier's order in Singapore dollars. Cashier's orders must be drawn on a bank in Singapore and made payable to "Singapore Land Authority."
5. Full-time enrolled university or tertiary institution students registering on-line must provide contact information for their academic supervisors. Full-time students registering in Singapore and all students picking up badges in Singapore must present a currently valid university or tertiary institution identification card.
6. Capacity for the Conference Dinner is limited and will be on a first-come first-served basis. Transport to the venue of the Conference Dinner will depart from the Conference Venue only.
7. Substitution of a registrant by another appropriate person is allowed at no charge. Cancellations of online registrations received on or before 20 September 2010 and receiving a cancellation number on or before that date will be issued a refund minus a processing fee of USD $50. All such requests must be e-mailed to Marilyn Gallant at gallant@gsdi.org and must include the registrant's last name and unique conference registration number. If you do not receive a cancellation acknowledgment with a cancellation number within 48-hours, you should call +1 508-720-0325 to obtain the cancellation number. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 20 September 2010 and none without an issued cancellation number.

8. One day registrants are entitled to entry to other events falling on that same conference day (Workshops, Reception at Singapore Flyer, Poster Forum, Exhibition and PCGIAP Sessions) but NOT to the conference dinner.
9. Registration fees do NOT include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you secure an insurance policy of your choice. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin. The conference organizers do not take any responsibility for any registrant failing to arrange for their own insurance.

10. Any charge backs by credit card companies to the conference organizers due to refused or cancelled credit cards will incur a USD $50 processing fee to be levied against the registrant.
11. The Conference Organizer(s) reserves the right to change the conference venue and/or alter the conference program or cancel the conference due to acts of nature, catastrophes or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. All information in the registration form will be given to the Conference Organizer(s) for necessary processing and coordination of the conference.
13. For security reasons, all attendees will be required to wear an official GSDI 12 badge throughout the conference.
