Further registrations and ticket purchases may be accomplished on-site in Singapore using this form. You may pay on-site through use of a credit card or through use of a cashiers order in Singapore dollars obtainable through local banks through exchange of foreign currency.

Instructions:

If you are requesting an invoice for payment, you will need to be able to print (or save a version to your computer) at the time of registering. If you plan to pay by credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards only).
  1. You are about to begin the online registration form. Please read the following instructions, table of fees and Terms and Conditions carefully before beginning.
  2. Please complete one on-line registration form per person. Domestic partners may be added to a registration form but each business partner must register separately.
  3. All registration details should be typed in upper and lower case letters. Do NOT use all capital letters.
  4. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory and must be completed.
  5. Click the NEXT button or SAVE button at the bottom of each page to save the content. You should save the registration form at regular intervals while you are completing the form. Should you wish to return to edit any previously supplied details, this can be done by clicking the tabs at the top of each page.
  6. You should receive an acknowledgement email upon completion of the form in addition to seeing a acknowledgement page. A Conference Registration Number will be sent to the email address that you have provided in the registration form. Please print or record the Conference Registration Number. If no acknowledgement email is received within an hour, please contact Marilyn Gallant at gallant@gsdi.org.
  7. You should also receive a separate email acknowledging your credit card payment or, if you choose to pay later, an email with an attached invoice will be sent to the email address that you have provided in the registration form. This email address will serve as your Account Name. Invoice processing incurs an additional USD $35 processing fee.
  8. If the registration payment is NOT received by the required date shown in the table below, all registrant information in the database is automatically expunged. In such an instance, the registrant must complete an entirely new form and pay the higher prevailing registration rate due to missing the required deadline. For this reason we highly recommend that you pay by credit card during the online submission of your registration form (through the first link below) or immediately upon receipt of the invoice (through the second link below).
