GSDI-9 invites the preparation of posters that illustrate experiences, projects or concepts related to SDI practice, development or research. Posters should be designed to cover a space no larger than one meter by one meters.

Posters will be displayed in and should be posted before the lunch hour on Monday afternoon November 6th. Please be at hand to describe your poster from 13:00-14:00 on Thursday November 9th when an international team of judges will evaluate all posters. Prizes for top posters will be awarded on Thursday at the Gala Dinner. Posters may be taken down after the Friday ceremony.

Format Requirements Poster abstracts should be 250-500 words in length and will be reviewed by the GSDI-9 Conference Program Committee. Include poster title, author’s name, affiliation, mailing address and email address followed by the text of the abstract. The abstract submission should be left justified in entirety, written in English, 12-point, Times font, single-spaced with no bold, italic, or underlined text. Authors are limited to a space of 1,00m x 1,00m for poster abstract submission.
