High Level Consultant for Haiti Data

I wouldn't normally pass on an announcement like this to this list but it appears there is a relatively urgent need for a high level consultant to work with a group coordinating spatial data that is being supplied from and being used by numerous international and U.S agencies in continuing efforts in Haiti. Most work of the consultant could be done from a distance but some travel to Miami is likely.  Overview knowledge of various GIS, web standards, SDI standards, OGC standards, taxonomies/ontologies, etc. and the ability to make clear recommendations is desired.
