First meeting of the UN-GGIM for the Arab States - 24-25 February

The first formal meeting of the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM) for the Arab States will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from 24-25 February 2015. The meeting is organized by the United Nations Statistics Division of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN-ESCWA), in collaboration with the General Commission for Survey of Saudi Arabia.

INSPIRE has announced the launch of the INSPIRE Thematic Clusters collaboration platform.

The platform is an evolution of the INSPIRE Forum and serves as an entry point for INSPIRE data providers, implementers, and users to share experiences, best practices, raise questions and resolve issues in their thematic domains.
